Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but we cannot guarantee seating without a reservation.

Do you accommodate large group bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our space can accommodate up to 40-50 participants. Please contact us with your preferred date, time, and group size, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Question 3

Can some people in my group come just to accompany us?

Accepted Answer

Yes! But we do require at least 50% of guests to participate in an activity. For large group bookings with accompanying guests, please email us to confirm availability.

Question 4

What happens if I’m late?

We will hold your reservation for a short grace period. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to release your table if we do not hear from you, and your table reservation time may be reduced accordingly.

Can everyone in my group choose a different activity?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Each participant is welcome to choose the activity they’d like to do.Please note that if anyone in your group would like to do the Charm Bar, a reservation is required in advance, as spots are limited and cannot always be accommodated for walk-ins.

What is the difference between "Workshops Booking" and "Charm Bar Booking"?

"Workshops Booking" includes the following 3 activities: Bead bar, Plant bowl making, & Body Scrub Making."Charm Bar Booking" includes only the charm bar.Charm bar is separated because spots are limited as we need to provide enough time and space for every group to chose their charms.
