Store Policies

To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable space for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow the guidelines below:

 

• Minimum one order per person. Accompanying guests are welcome to order either food or drinks. On WEEKENDS, there's a minimum spending of 15$ per person.

• For group bookings with accompanying guests, at least 50% of the total group must participate in an activity. For large group bookings which includes non-participating guests, please email us in advance to confirm availability. 

• Once the creation is finished, there will be no return, exchange or refund of the materials used.

• Seating is reserved for customers of the café or participants in our craft activities.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

• Tables may be limited to 90 minutes during busy periods so that other guests may also enjoy the space.

• Children are always welcomed, but must remain supervised at all times, especially near craft materials and tools.
